Changes to patient appointments

We continue to see those patients considered to be most at risk in person in our clinics. If you have an upcoming appointment with us, please attend as scheduled - your sight matters.

If we are changing your appointment to a telephone or video consultation, we will contact you shortly to make arrangements.

Eye cancer (Oncology) patients

If you have been referred to our eye cancer, Ocular Oncology, clinic, please attend. Our Oncology clinics are running as usual and we've got measures in place to help keep you safe.

Who can I talk to about my appointment?

We are experiencing a high volume of calls, with long wait times, so please email the booking team, including your hospital or NHS number, at moorfields.outpatientbookingsbc@nhs.net if you have any further questions about your appointment. Someone will respond to you as soon as they can, and this will save you a long wait on the telephone.
