Moorfields staff and volunteers nominated for Helpforce Champion awards

Moorfields staff and volunteers have been shortlisted in four categories of the Helpforce Champions Awards 2021.

The Helpforce Champions Awards celebrate the invaluable contributions made by staff and volunteers across the UK, with a particular focus this year on individual's work through the pandemic. 

Friends of Moorfields put forward individuals and teams across Moorfields who've gone above and beyond in supporting patients, families and staff. You can use the links below to find out more about the nominees and to vote for your favourite entry. 

• Volunteer of the Year – Amal Nur, volunteer
• Outstanding Staff Champion for Volunteers – Steven Howland, patient experience co-ordinator
• Celebrating Inclusion and Diversity in Volunteering – front entrance team
• Innovation in Volunteering – phone support team

All nominees have also been entered into a ‘People’s Award’ which is decided by the general public. The recipient of this award will be the entrant with the most votes.
