Moorfields Direct service changes over Christmas and New Year

During the Christmas and New Year period there will be changes to our telephone helpline, Moorfields Direct.

The advice line will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and Monday 28 December. The service will run as usual from Tuesday 29 December.

On New Year’s Day, Moorfields Direct will be closed and back running on Saturday 2 January.

Moorfields Direct is staffed by specially trained ophthalmic nurses. The nurses can assist with eye-related queries and problems, including questions you might have following an appointment with one of our specialist services.  Moorfields Direct is usually open from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Friday and from 8.30am to 5pm on Saturdays. Please call 020 7566 2345.
